Been going to Tunisia for 45 years. Never heard Port el Kantoui pronounced that way before. I have just booked to go next year with husband and friends. Friends never been before, I have rambled on and on for years so they have finally succumbed and agreed to give it a try. I know they will become converts.

Flying with @etihad in economy class was a treat. See what we got, how the meals were and what films were on. We chose a 3.5hour stopover in Abu Dhabi and Etihad took care of our bags. We just had a freshen up, and looked around the shops. Second leg coming up soon ✈️

In this video, Jasmine and I started out before we even checked in to our hotel. We found the sea (warm as a bath!) and sat at a beach bar having a cold drink. We even went into a 7 eleven for the first time ever and i tried a mango smoothie. Koh Samui felt perfect and it was total paradise. We stayed at the Zara Beach Resort Hotel in Koh Samui, Thailand. The meditation itself was good. Maybe it’s because I was listening on headphones but the sound quality was very poor which kept snapping me out of it. I could hear a creaking chair and movement in the background.

How I envy you !. Tunisia is my favourite destination overseas. Lovely country, lovely people. I have been going there for ages. I shall be travelling there at the end of June for a month. Hope we meet there.

I found a keto diet really healthy for me but hard to stick to long term! Stuck to it long enough to lose 3 1/2 stone! Would eat eggs cheese meat and some veg fruit and leafy greens but didn’t see many of those available here! Solo trip to puerto de la Cruz next week so hoping I have some good food choices at hotel as half board! Looking forward to it! Thanks for your Tenerife videos!
